NOTE on Paper Breakouts: Four concurrent sessions held in (North Ballroom, South Ballroom, Stiha, and Coronado).  Three papers in each session 30 minutes per talk.  For the conference this gives us 6 paper breakouts * 4 concurrent sessions for each breakout * 3 papers for each session  = 72 papers
